Welcome to our site! We are Debbie and John from Oregon, we’ve been married for 5 years now and we created this website to express our opinion on the 7 Day Belly Blast Diet (former “Belly Fat Free“: the name has changed because it’s an updated version of Belly Fat Free) and help people make an informed decision before they buy it as both of us did this diet and lost 13 lbs (Debbie) and 16 lbs (John) the first week!

Both John and I (Debbie) gained a lot of weight over the past 5 years since our marriage basically. We had less time to cook and were not eating healthy at all. We always had a good excuse not to exercise.
